IT Helpdesk within Library

Please note that now that the new Library is open, the IT helpdesk has been moved from Faculty Tower basement to the Library (N15, Room 405). 

This helpdesk is dedicated for all community members visiting the Library. The opening hours are matching the Library’s hours, generally IT colleagues are available there between 8am-10pm on weekdays, and 1pm-7pm on weekends. 

We encourage all students to use the increased quantity of large screen ‘all-in-one’ computers in the Library for individual work instead of the MA Computer Labs. In the long run, the Labs are envisioned to be available only for instruction, trainings or exams rather than for individual work.
